Registration

  • Can attend on August 20, from 3-6, after Inanna rehearsal, to help clear the space.
  • Able to attend to help clear the arena.
  • Help unroll and lay the turf on Tuesday, August 23
  • Able to help unroll prep turf on Wed Aug 24th.
  • Able to help unroll prep turf on Thurs, Aug 25th.
  • Able to help unroll prep turf on Fri, Aug 26th.
  • Able to help install turf on Sat, Aug 27th.
  • Able to help install turf on Sun, Aug 28th.

Your physical support will be greatly appreciated!

Many hands can make light labor, as they say. Our projected timeline is August 20th - 28th. Dates in bold below are days we could use the most hands on deck, especially with the turf prep, but any and all help on these days are most welcome.

20th - 21st - Clear and prepare arena for turf prep

22nd - Forklift is picked up and Turf is delivered

23rd - 26th - Prep turf rolls - lots of hands needed!

27th - 28th - Install

We will likely begin around 10am each day and go till we drop :)
