Ffynnon Events

Big things are happening at Ffynnon.

And we want to keep you informed about them because they’ll require some (temporary) changes to Ffynnon events.

Here’s what’s happening:  Ffynnon is working with beautiful Columbia County (where we’re located) to make Ffynnon a “private park.” This will enable us to do everything we’ve all dreamed of for Ffynnon—from expanding our offerings to improving our facilities.

What this means:  is that we must temporarily stop holding events on Ffynnon property until we establish private park status. During this process we will be holding any and all Ffynnon events elsewhere.

What to do?  Be patient. We will be making individual announcements with all the changes to upcoming events and we invite you to keep an eye on our website and social media for all the news as it develops.  Be present. Please, continue to join us for events when you can! Be engaged. You are our community  and we need your support  as we make this transition. Please work  all of your wonderful  magic for us, and consider donating towards this effort if you are able.

With gratitude for every single one of you,

The Ffynnon Board

Join us for a three day festival celebrating the many forms of Love.

The vision for this Festival of Love started years ago, and we're very excited to bring it to the community, especially this year. We could all use some extra Love right now. Our Love is what will keep us together, moving forward, persevering and supporting each other into the better future we still work towards manifesting.

This Festival will be a celebration of the many forms of Love we share and experience as humans, including celebrating Queer Love, and specifically representing 13 forms of Love, with deities from multiple pantheons from around the world. Offerings of these many forms of Love will be given and shared with the community, recognizing that our hearts and souls seek to give and receive and experience Love in so many ways.

This Festival is intentionally inclusive and intersectional and will give us all the opportunities to feel, give, receive and share these Many forms of Love, or perhaps for some of us to focus on the forms of Love we most need connection with right now.

This Beltane will be family-friendly, while also having an adults-only Tantric Temple space.

We will also have accommodations for accessibility needs for our Elders and those with disabilities, including an ADA porta potty, and a covered outdoor living room space in the main field for those who need a comfy place to sit and rest, while still being in the center of the fun and activities.

We are looking forward to seeing your beautiful faces at this festival, and bringing Love in its many forms to the community this year.

Our Beltane location for this year is at Camp Cedar Ridge again, just down the road from us! Learn more: https://campcedarridgeor.org/

Covered by trees in the gorgeous coastal range of northern Oregon, Camp Cedar Ridge is a year-round facility located about 45 minutes from Portland, in Vernonia, Oregon.

Campers will want to bring plenty of the necessities to ensure their stay is comfortable and relaxing. There is plenty of tent camping and vehicle camping available and all camp sites are first come first serve, we do not reserve camp sites. The specific use policies will be listed in the festival welcome packet, along with a detailed map of the site.

Announcing a limited number of Cabins and Platform Tents!

For those of you who don't feel like lugging your tent to festival this year, we have 2 Cabins and 8 Platform Tents available to rent, provided by Camp Cedar Ridge. Each space will have 4 beds, and cost $208 total. We highly encourage our community to work out who your roommates will be and let us know prior to festival. To secure your glamping camp, once you have registered for an Adult ticket, you can return to this page again to register for a Cabin or Platform Tent.

    Get your Meal Ticket!

How about not bringing that extra giant cooler of food? We are offering a Meal Ticket for Beltane this year, provided by Camp Cedar Ridge. For $58 you get 3 meals: breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and a delicious dinner Saturday night. This is a set menu with the option to buy either an Omnivore or Vegetarian main course. Look to add your meal ticket when you register.

    REFUNDS

Please note, there will be no refunds given within 1 week of the event.

    GOLDEN TICKET FUND (OPTIONAL)

In the spirit of community and guided by the idea that no one should be turned away for lack of funds, we offer a Golden Ticket option for those who are experiencing financial hardship.

By contributing to our Golden Ticket Fund, you help us keep Ffynnon events available to everyone, regardless of financial status. Thank you!!

*No pets are allowed at Festival. In keeping with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Oregon State Law, only trained service animals are allowed when accompanying persons with disabilities. Other animals are not allowed. Keeping an animal in your car is not allowed.

The Wheel of the Year

The Wheel of the Year embodies the 8 spokes of the solar cycle, based on the 2 solstices, 2 equinoxes, and 4 cross-quarter holidays.

Ffynnon’s Wheel of the Year is intimately tied to the dynamics of the seasons we experience on the land. Our connection is symbolized by identifying with the life cycle of the trees of our forest and by extension to all life; for without them, we are not.

The life cycle of the trees is at the heart of Ffynnon: Seed - Sprout - Seedling - Sapling - Stripling - Mature - Fruiting - Snag
