Your membership, support, and participation in Ffynnon events are the foundation that creates and sustains the soul of Ffynnon. In this beautiful land with forests, meadows, and woodland trails, the Community comes together to connect, create art, inspire and educate each other, all while enjoying and preserving the harmony of nature.

Yes, your membership is tax deductible

Ffynnon is a tax-exempt, 501c3 non-profit organization incorporated in the state of Oregon—so your sustaining membership is tax-deductible. We’ll provide you with a receipt at the end of each year, adjusted to account for any goods or services received as part of your membership level.

Your membership also helps purchase the tools and raw materials needed to maintain the current facilities and helps enable us to build new ones. But importantly, as a member, you help create the spirit and personality of our forested retreat, ensuring that there will be a very special place for our Community to enjoy for many years to come.

Enjoy these Member Benefits

Member Days - Members are invited to visit Ffynnon the first weekend of each month. Picnic in the meadows, walk the trails, watch wildlife, and deeply relax and refresh in the shelter of the trees. In summer months, additional programs and workshops are included in Member Days events.

Attend a Gathering - Ffynnon festivals and events happen throughout the year. Activities vary depending on the nature of the festival and the time of year, but often include musical or theatrical performances, community rituals and workshops, yoga, arts and crafts, art exhibits, and even classes to help you build your forest skills. Look for upcoming events on the Events Page and become a member today to access our Members-Only Calendar.

Help Lead an Event, Class or Workshop - Our Members only event submission form is how you, our community, can make a proposal for an event at Ffynnon! As a member you can submit proposals for Wheel of the Year events, including the two major Ffynnon-sponsored festivals of Beltane and Fall Equinox, as well as for classes, workshops and events held during Ffynnon’s monthly Member Days. (must be approved by Board via submission process)

Build and Create - Members also have the opportunity to help build Ffynnon from the ground up, both physically and spiritually. Help us maintain the land at Ffynnon during our Work Party Weekends. All members are welcome for work party weekends, occasional events throughout the year where Volunteers join together to work on one or two specific projects that will help Ffynnon be ready to welcome the Community to our events. We promise, we’ll make it fun!

Steward of the Trees

$12 per year/per person

The Steward of the Trees is our basic Membership class for all folks who want to attend Member Days and Ffynnon Events throughout the year. This membership level makes Ffynnon affordable for everyone.

A Steward of the Trees membership includes:

• Added to the Friends of Ffynnon Roster and Member Calendar
• Attend Member Days for FREE
• 1 week early invite to register for Ffynnon sponsored gatherings
• Eligibility to participate in Ffynnon by leading a free or donation-only workshop at Member Days and/or propose a Ffynnon sponsored gathering (must be approved by Board via submission process)

Guardian of the Groves

$10 per month/per person or $110 per year/per person

If your budget allows for a small monthly contribution, join us as a Guardian of the Groves. You’ll be an essential part of helping Ffynnon grow and develop into an even better resource for our Community.

A Guardian of the Groves membership includes:

• Everything included with a Steward of the Trees membership, PLUS
• Bring one guest to all Member Days for free
• 2 week early registration for all Ffynnon sponsored gatherings

Warden of the Woods

$25 per month/per person or $285 per year/per person

This is our most popular membership. Pay monthly or pay once yearly and save. Wardens of the Woods are our most important supporters, helping Ffynnon get better and better throughout each season. Join us as a Warden and be directly involved with the land and your Community.

A Warden of the Woods membership includes:

• Everything included with a Guardian of the Groves membership, PLUS
• Can bring 2 guests to all Member Days for free
• 2 week early invite and 20% discount to register for Ffynnon sponsored Gatherings
• Want to vend? Wardens pay no vendor fees at Ffynnon sponsored Gatherings
• FREE Ffynnon T-shirt so you can wear your support with pride

Elder of the Land

$100 per month/per person or $1100 per year/per person

Elders are honored members who deeply believe in Ffynnon and its Mission. As an Elder, you'll enjoy our highest level of benefits. 

An Elder of the Land membership includes:

Founding Elder

Become a Founder and help fast-track Ffynnon's vision into reality. Founders are Elders "for life", lifetime membership in Ffynnon for a one time payment of $5000. Founding Elders are capped at 50 total.

A Founding Elder membership includes:

• Everything included with Elder of the Land membership, PLUS
• Additional guests for all Ffynnon sponsored gatherings; you and two guests may attend for FREE (must register)
• Additional Golden Ticket--two Golden Tickets each year will be added to our Golden Ticket Fund in your name
• Additional trees planted--three trees will be planted at Ffynnon in your name
• Reserved camping/RV site at Ffynnon gatherings, plus early entry to Ffynnon grounds for easier set-up 
• Capped at 50 Founding Elders
