This Fall Equinox Ffynnon is conjuring up a truly intimate event at the “Old Ranch” at Silver Falls State Park.
Through Hestia we will connect directly to the Hearth and Heart of Ffynnon the Fiery Dragon Circle!
So come gather and spend this Fall Equinox sitting at Her most sacred center, peering deep into Her Fiery Mystery, as you journey to awaken and (re)connect to your own “Wolf Light!”
THE “OLD RANCH”
The lodge setting, of the “Old Ranch” at Silver Falls, offers us a large shared space to connect in through its open floor plan with centrally focused round hearth, (the traditional style of hearth Hestia would have called home!).

The lodge is stated to be ADA compliant, with a large loft space above, looking down on the central open space, that holds 75 bunks, (mattresses provided), for sleeping. Bring your tapestries to create privacy in your bunk space as needed and please be willing, if able, to give lower bunks to those whom will need them.

Optionally, up to 25 people can camp in the field, when registering simply select if you would prefer to bunk inside or camp in the field. The park rangers have also noted that a short distance away from the “Old Ranch” there are cabins that can be rented which sleep up to 6 people, please note, if you would like a cabin you will need to make those reservations directly with Silver Falls State Park AND you will still need to register and pay the regular registration fee in order to attend the festival.

The lodge also houses a full commercial kitchen, which is perfect because meals will be provided as they are an important part of the weekend festivities. You will simply need to bring your own plates/bowls/silverware and cups to dine with at “The Hermit’s Light.” Volunteers will be requested each afternoon and evening for dish washing, please be prepared to volunteer and help your community out.
We are working to ensure the menu accommodates: Vegetarian, Carnivore, Gluten and Dairy Free options. We know we will not be able to meet everyone’s dietary needs and some may still plan to bring their own food. On that note please remember, space will not be available in the kitchen for storing food or food making supplies. Use of the kitchen for preparing your own food will be limited to times when the festival crew is not using the kitchen. Kitchen supplies, (pots/pans/cooking utensils/etc.), are not for use by any except festival crew.

VEHICLES AND PARKING
We can park only 30 cars at the “Old Ranch” and will need to work together shuttling each other back and forth from the overflow parking area just down the street. No RV’s or Car Camping is allowed.
A NOTE ON COVID-19 POLICIES DURING FESTIVAL
Ffynnon recommends, but does not require taking a rapid antigen test 24 hours before arriving at Festival and another one 24-48 hours after festival. You can order your free tests here: www.covidtests.gov

Please note, there will be no refunds given within 1 week of the event.
GOLDEN TICKET FUND (OPTIONAL)
In the spirit of community and guided by the idea that no one should be turned away for lack of funds, we offer a limited Golden Ticket option for those who are experiencing financial hardship.
By contributing to our Golden Ticket Fund, you help us keep Ffynnon events available to everyone, regardless of financial status. Thank you!!
note: Golden Tickets are a gift, not only from Ffynnon, but also from our Members. We are lucky to have such a loving strong community of support! Unfortunately there has become a trend of Golden Tickets being reserved and then not being used. Due to the quantity of repeated "no response, no attendance", we have implemented a new policy. Going forward, if you reserve a Golden Ticket and do not attend, and do not inform Ffynnon within a reasonable timeframe (up to 2 weeks prior to the start of event to allow time for those on the waitlist to attend, with exceptions for medical and family emergencies) and this occurs more than once, you will no longer be eligible for a Golden Ticket.
*No pets are allowed at this Event. In keeping with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Oregon State Law, only trained service animals are allowed when accompanying persons with disabilities. Other animals are not allowed. Keeping an animal in your car is not allowed.
